GOALKEEPER ACADEMY
Our Goalkeeper Training School is focused on helping goalkeepers of different ages and levels to improve technique, coordination, confidence and understanding of the game.
We work weekly in small group training sessions to adapt each session to the real needs of each goalkeeper.
The goal is not just to train, but to create an environment where you can learn, compete and enjoy being a goalkeeper.
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING
Individual sessions allow for working on specific aspects in a much more precise and personalized way.
Blocking technique, aerial play, reaction speed, coordination, movement and real game situations.
Each training session is completely tailored to the goalkeeper,
seeking to improve both performance and confidence on the field.
In addition, we record the sessions so that we can analyze every detail and later share the work done with the goalkeeper himself.
COMMUNITY AND DIGITAL CONTENT
Since 2015, BAJO PALOS has been developing a digital community specializing in the training and technical development of goalkeepers.
Through social media and digital platforms, the project publishes training, exercises, challenges, analysis and creative content related to goalkeeping, building a recognizable identity within the sector.
Over the years, multiple posts have reached hundreds of thousands of views and millions of accumulated plays, connecting with goalkeepers, coaches, and fans from different countries.
